Andy has a background in travel including working as a Tour guide, a Tour manager and for Disneyland Paris. He is also a qualified teacher. He is responsible for our IT, Finance, funding & ECDL training as well as having a daily involvement in the travel agency and work experience programme.

Paul joined Travel Matters in 1996 having worked previously in retail/commercial travel and is a qualified trainer and assessor. As well as being one of our most experienced travel advisors Paul is in charge of our work experience programme and works with trainees on a daily basis.

Laura Watkinson is a Business Consultant with 12 years experience with a major UK financial services group and 11 years experience working freelance. She formed People First Consultancy Limited in 1999 which is based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Her business provides a range of people management solutions to assist businesses to grow in a sustainable and effective way such as coaching, training and strategy development. Laura is a Member of the Institute of Consulting and is also registered as an Investors in People Adviser and Assessor. A mum to Charles who is now 18, she also brings her experiences and challenges of caring and supporting her disabled ‘young man’ in today’s society.
