Each
of the seven modules of the ECDL is assessed by an examination.
The
examinations are 45 minutes in length and with the exception of
Module 1 are practical examinations in which the candidate will
demonstrate the skills that they have learned in the various areas.
All
of the testing at Travel Matters is carried out using a BCS approved
automated testing solution supplied by Litmus
Learning.
|
|
|
Under
the supervision of an invigilator the candidate will be tested
using the automated software, following the on-screen instructions.
At
the completion of the examination the result will be immediately
available as the candidates work is automatically assessed
by the testing software.
All
candidates will be given the opportunity to sit a practice
examination before every live examination so that they feel
comfortable using the software.
A
failed examination does not preclude the candidate from resitting
the same module after a consultation with the ECDL trainer
on the problem areas.
