The
objectives of training at Travel Matters are to assist the
trainee to make progress towards their chosen goals.
The
objectives of the training in terms of outcomes therefore
will vary from trainee to trainee - ranging from a move into
voluntary work, part-time paid employment, full time paid-employment
or into further education or training.
In
more general terms the training programme is designed to promote
the inclusion and integration of individuals recovering from
mental health problems into a mainstream commercial environment
as well as social integration.
|
|
|
|
|
All
trainees' progression and development is monitored and re-assessed
by regular reviews during which short-term goals may be set
or adjusted as appropriate.
Our
aim is to provide a bridging point between clinical care and
the trainee's own stated objectives in a supportive environment.
